How can I display text at 45 degree angle

Neither HTML, nor JavaScript is able to display text at a specified 
angle (i.e. rendering a text baseline rotated by x degrees). All 
standard text outputs are always rendered with horizontal baseline.
You'll have to use graphics to display texts a specific angles...
If you only want to change output direction (retaining the standard 
horizontal baseline) like this
