Can you pass values from one page to another while using the back button?

While that would sometimes be a great thing to achieve it is not 
possible in NN or any versions of IE.  Variables can be loaded with 
cookies or database entries in that manner... (ie. . . have the form 
create a cookie and have that cookie loaded on the page that exists in 
the history)
