Can someone show me how to extract information from another site and put it on my webpage... Thanks

Just read the URL in:
$contents = join ('', file ('http://sturly.com'));
then you can manipulate the $contents variable however you want (search 
it, remove certain areas etc).
There's so much that can be done with PHP with regards to 'borrowing' 
information off other sites - experiment a bit and see what you come up 
with.
