Anyone skilled at PHP programming should be able to customize FreeTrade 
to your needs.  You can find individuals on sites like eLance.com and 
Guru.com or CraigsList.org.  You might also check with Web development 
firms.  Asking on the FreeTrade mailing list is a good starting point.
You will find lots of free advice on the list at the very least.
