How do I set up ASP for Apache (solution other than Chilisoft)?

While hunting in the Dark Side the other day, I came across a reference 
to developing ASPs and opening Front Page Server Extensions for Apache 
Servers, I did not keep the exact reference, I had no need, but I know 
it is there.
