Any problems in using str = "kjuiu"+ (new line)"hgyhj"+... (new line)"jg"; over str="kjuiu"; str+="hgyhj"; ... str+="jg"; in string concactination

In theory, not at all. I prefer, however, to use the += version, since
it allows for more flexibility in the concatenation process (it's
possible to do some processing in between). It all boils down to a
matter of coding style.
