Amit Arora, Nuno Barreto,
PHP parses the whole page in one go. By default, the php starts in the HTML mode. However, to execute the php code, you must include it in the <?php and ?> tags. And it doesn't matter how many times you have the <?php tag, the complete files is parsed in one go.
