How do I keep a person from viewing the source code for a page?

You can't, at least not completely. You can make it difficult to get, 
but even if you disable everything someone who knows how to look through 
their browser cache files can get it. Also, there are various ways to 
get around "no right click" scripts: Use the browser menu, Hit 
Shift+F10, and others.
