When retreiving coordinates from an anchor inside a table, can I get the value relative to page instead of relative to the table?

No but why would you want to?  As far as I am aware, it is only what
appears on-screen that is assigned a coordinate value. I may be wrong
here, but I cannot remember ever seeing or reading or following up on
anything that relates to coordinates and off-screen processing.
