Dear All, I try to configure PHP3 but it keeps complaining about a missing file /usr/local/apache/bin/apxs. Where can I get this file??? Please Help!

APXS is Apache eXtenSion support tool from Apache 1.3 according to the 
documentation that I found in the URL.  I don't have experience in 
installing this, but it seems that this support tool is optional when 
you install Apache.  Hope this helps.
Red Hat (and perhaps some other distributions) puts it at 
/usr/sbin/apxs, so you may want to try there rather than 
/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
