I have a picture in a php3 file, how can I view this picture?Which program must I use? It is a big file.(5,3 mb.).

You need to output the picture. The proper way to do this is to first
output the correct header, then output the picture.
header('Content-Type: image/<image-type>');
echo $picturedata;
<image-type> can be jpeg/gif/png or whatever type the picture
is.$picturedata is the actual picture.
