HOW TO DISABLE CLOSE (x) BUTTON OF THE BROWSER.

You mean the X in the top right corner. You can't do it, I thought I 
have seen it, but it was actually a layer. Very clever piece of coding, 
but not JavaScript. 
The close button is part of the title bar and you cannot have any popup 
window without a title bar. But why would you want to?
jmv - How about the ugly blue in explorer clashes with the colors of my 
screen?
