Is it possible design an html page, that contain a table with scrollbar?

While it is not possible to my knowledge to do this browser cross
compatibly, in IE 4+ you can accomplish this by using the CSS overflow
property in a div tag and then enclose the table within that tag

<div style="overflow: scroll; width:100; height:100;">
<table border="1"><tr><td>Your Text Here</td></tr></table></div>
</body>
</html>
You need to adjust the width/height of the div to be whatever size you
are trying to achieve (percentages are allowed) , then any part of the
table that goes beyond that will cause a scroll bar to appear.
