Dave Sill, Frank Tegtmeyer, Jae Kim, http://www.qmail.org/man/man9/dot-qmail.html

Create the file /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-catch-incoming-com-default with
the delivery instructions you want, for example for delivery to user
joe:
-------------------------------------------------------------
# deliver all mail for domain incoming.com to local user joe:
&joe
-------------------------------------------------------------
Put the domain (incoming.com) into /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains and
remove it from /var/qmail/control/locals.
The virtualdomains entry may look like this:
-------------------------------
incoming.com:catch-incoming-com
-------------------------------
Then send a HUP signal to the qmail-send process (svc -h
/service/qmail-send under daemontools or qmailctl reload with the
controlscript from Dave Sill's "Life with qmail"). qmail-send will
reread the locals and virtualdomains control files then.
