Intended Audience

Our goal is to make the TCSI FAQ be a practical guide for how to use 
TCSI's products and services, to build real-life distributed 
NMS/EMS applications, rather than merely to show what it is. 
In other words, the document will be tailored to developers who intend 
to build NMS/EMS applications based on TCSI's products and services.
It is assumed that the intended audience has already attended the 
appropriate training and course-work required to work with TCSI's 
products and services. This is not meant to replace the training program 
or any services provided by TCSI.
This is jsut a tool to facilitate development AFTER the neccessary 
pre-requistirtes (Training, etc.) have been completed. 
Use it and be fruitful!
