There will not be any permanently assigned resources from TCSI to 
moderate and/or monitor this knowledge base.
However, TCSI engineers will routinely browse this site and 
answer questions as they are permitted.
If you have a Support Contract in place, contact TCSI's Customer Care 
directly. 
TCSI's Customer Care is NOT responsible for this site. So don't bother 
them!!
