Build a purify'd TOM in Catalant 2.x

1. set the variable PURIFY to point to the directory where 
   the purify executable is located 
   ( /usr/local/bin  in my case)
   This is either done in 
   - $DeployRoot/config/env/sol28 OR
   - $DevelopRoot/config.tmk/build/sol28
2. unix> tmk TmkPurify="purify"
