To force a so called 'hard reload' (i.e. forcing the browser NOT to get the document out of the browsers local cache, but from the origin URL), just use: <META http-equiv="expires" content="0"> in the <HEAD> section of your document. Works in every browser that is at least HTML 3.2 compatible...
