How can I explore(open) the client hard disk to store a .txt file by clicking a button ?

This is a trick question right? 
You cannot open a user's hard drive and insert a text file on it using
Javascript. You may set a cookie but that is all
Why would you want to???? Javascript will not allow it, it is a security
issue. Think about what it is you are asking...
