How do I remove the Header line and the Footer line that IE adds to the HTML document when it is printed? (i.e. page 1 of x and the URL)

If you are using the Print button or menu option in IE, you can do
nothing.
ANSWER #2 - I have solved this by using the File/Print preview option
in IE. When your preview is displayed, select page setup and remove the
header and footer fields and then print your 'web page'. Hey presto it
prints without any header and footer info.
