Where is the best place to get trained & certified to be an Apache administrator? Universities????

Bill Jones, Tony Crosby, Apache Server Administrator's Handbook

I do not know of a certification site, or suite, per se, but there is a 
book you may wish to add to your collection (or start your collection 
with :)
The Apache Server Administrator's Handbook;
or maybe Administering Apache;
or just  Apache:  The Definitive Guide;
or, if none of the above books do not make any sense; you may 
wish to start with a basic book like Webmaster in a Nutshell 2nd
