is PHP supported for Alpha machines

Ariel Rodriguez, Chris Johnson, johnny brasseur, Matt Gregory, 


RedHat ships PHP with RedHat 5.2, 6.0 and 6.1 for Alpha.  I have
personally compiled PHP on an Alpha running Digital Unix/Tru64 4.0D and
successfully run quite a bit of content on it.
I'm trying to compile on Alpha Digital Unix/Tru64 4.0F with at least
OCI8 and FTP support. Not sucessfull!
