When I run one of my CGI on my Apache it stops so far through the output, mid sentence. Like it's running out of time. Also POST nolonger works

If I understand the issue correctly, you run CGI via the browser and it 
freezes?? Perhaps, there are lots of data to be retrieved and the 
memory of the computer where you launch the browser runs out of space.
