Are there any restrictions as to what the knowledge bases can be about?

The Home page of FAQTs says
You can set up a new knowledge base yourself immediately, just create 
the new folders. If you don't feel confident, contact us and we'll do 
it for you. 
So I understand we have no restrictions as to what the knowledge bases 
can be about.
(They might filter the topics -prono, piracy) :)
