Where can I find ODBC Drivers for Linux or do they even exist?

Mar 18th, 2000 13:11
John Kos, Matt Gregory,

A good place to start is www.unixodbc.com. This is the home page for
the Open Source ODBC 3.5 Driver Manager development and a list of known
ODBC Drivers is maintained.
The Easysoft ODBC-ODBC Bridge allows Linux developers access any remote
ODBC datasource: MS SQL Server and MS Access being the most common.
PHP, Perl, Python can be used with the Bridge, plus common applications
such as StarOffice, Applixware and Cold Fusion. A free version can be
downloaded from www.easysoft.com.
