how can i create text file at client side using test information at server

It is impossible to write files to the client-machine. The only 
exception on this one is a cookie. As you might know that's a small 
textfile which contain information that you'd like to use later on 
(i.e. on another page, or in a later visit from the same person). 
In most cases cookies will do. Try to write the "test-information" from 
the server in a cookie and display this info on the page. That way 
there should be another page for every single visitor.
