Is there a faster way to load the layers I Have about 12 Layers on my page and it loads so slow?

You have answered your own question. You have 12 layers and they cause 
the page to load slowly, too slowly. How about then you redesign your 
page to reduce the number of layers? It is too easy to say "I can't", 
but this is often just an unwillingness to make changes. What can you 
put on two different pages? Can you break it into popups rather than 
layers? Try a different approach.
