How can I avoid click REFRESH button for repost data in a form ?

One way is, to send the formdata to a script that manages the database-
access and stuff, and than returns by setting the http-header:
header("Location: origin-file.php");
The visitor will not even be aware that he was redirected.
Remember: Your script must - usualy - not produce any output before 
this header !
