Send/recive data(text2hidden) from pop up,to the leftFrame of my mainFrame, which called the popup?

Try using opener.
Should look like this (no guarantee that it work though, haven't 
tested):
function writeToOpener(what)
{
  opener.parent.frames['leftFrame'].forms
['whatEverYouNamedIt'].theHiddenField.value = what;
}
You'll have to experiment a little.
